Service Operations Supervisor – Products This position oversees service programs, relationships, and activities related to the Excellerate Product business. Key duties include defining service offerings, developing support tools, and establishing processes that drive service delivery improvements. Minimum Requirements Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or training relevant to electrical distribution products. OR Experience: 2+ years in warranty, service coordination, or customer service roles. Proficiency with ERP or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Service Cloud, NetSuite). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, executives, field teams, and OEM partners. Travel: 0–10%. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday‑Friday. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate obtaining service rights from critical equipment providers. Coordinate the creation and scope of product service offerings. Play a pivotal role in the creation and development of various service support tools. Responsible for creating service reports and procedures for electrical distribution products. Act as a liaison between product OEM and service partners as appropriate. Support the development and reporting of key metrics, including response times, effectiveness, and cost of service activities. Provide input on recurring product issues and work with engineering and reliability teams to reduce failure rates. Responsible for creating SOPs and work instructions, ensuring they remain up‑to‑date. Actively participate in the product development process with responsibility over associated deliverables. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
