Entry Level Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Entry Level Associate Attorney specializing in personal injury law to join their team in Winter Haven, FL. Duties Manage a caseload of personal injury cases with guidance from senior attorneys. Conduct client interviews, evaluate claims, and provide legal counsel. Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters. Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings. Negotiate settlements to protect and empower clients. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress. Maintain organized case files and uphold firm standards. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn. Compassionate advocate with a client-first mindset. Prior experience or internship in personal injury law is a plus.
