Description Bear Paddle Swim School uses a results-focused, story-based approach to teaching lessons to build confident and skilled swimmers, so parents can rest assured that their child is having fun while learning to swim. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 15 locations across the US. Our Ideal Candidate Loves working with children and families. Strong leader who can develop a team that fosters growth. Aquatic experience is not required - we will train the right candidate! Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2+ years of management experience preferred. Aquatic background is not required. Requirements Lead and manage staff of 15-25 employees. Oversee the quality and success of the school by managing daily operations. Work with staff on student progress, customer service, and engagement. Hiring and training staff.
