Life Insurance Trainee - Training & Mentorship Provided

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Trainees. You’ll learn how to work directly with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help individuals and families make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

You’ll receive training and ongoing mentorship as you develop your sales, communication, and client relationship skills.

Your day-to-day work will include speaking with prospective clients, identifying their needs, explaining life insurance options, answering questions, following up with prospects, and building long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, is coachable, dependable, and motivated to build a career based on their own performance.

Flexible scheduling is available.

Candidates must already have a life insurance license or currently be in the process of obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Explain life insurance options clearly and concisely, ensuring clients are well-informed to make confident decisions.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and reliability.
• Follow up diligently with prospects to address any questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to continuously improve your sales and communication skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, ensuring clients feel informed and confident.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, fostering trust and reliability.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in the life insurance industry, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with mentors and team members, embracing feedback and guidance.
• Proficiency in managing time effectively, balancing client interactions with administrative tasks.
• Current life insurance license or active pursuit of obtaining one, demonstrating your readiness to excel in this role.
