What You'll Do

• Lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Perform system startups, testing, and quality checks
• Mentor less experienced team members when needed
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal staff
• Complete job documentation using a company-issued iPad

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Idaho Journeyman HVAC License required
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation methods and safety standards
• NATE certification preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
