What You'll Do
- Lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and manufacturer specifications
- Perform system startups, testing, and quality checks
- Mentor less experienced team members when needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal staff
- Complete job documentation using a company-issued iPad
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Idaho Journeyman HVAC License required
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation methods and safety standards
- NATE certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
