Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

- Help customers with policy changes and answer questions (with patience and a smile)
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to keep them informed on status
- Work with underwriters to help ensure policies are issued quickly and correctly
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Life and Health Insurance License
