Full Time Clerical US Water's Edge Dermatology, an AQUA Dermatology portfolio practice , is Florida’s largest and most comprehensive full-service skin care provider in the Southeast, offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, vein care and radiation oncology. We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, dependable, multi-tasking Patient Services Representative who is passionate about helping others and making a difference. The Patient Services Representative acts as a liaison between Water's Edge Dermatology and its current and potential customers assisting customers by determining their requirements; answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the designated database. Essential Functions Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Determines client requirements by answering telephone calls, interviewing patients and verifying information. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests. Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Maintains call center database by entering information, keeping records of all conversation Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Meets personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Other duties as assigned.
