Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVICU position requiring at least 18 months of CVICU experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Large hospital CVICU setting
• Day/night rotating shifts: 7:00am–7:30pm and 7:00pm–7:30am
• 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Shift rotation may be required based on operational needs

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact state license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) CVICU experience prior to any travel assignments
• Minimum 18 months of recent CVICU experience (travel experience accepted)
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required
• Must be available to work at least every other holiday
• Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at this health system's locations; a minimum 6-month gap is required before beginning another assignment at any of their locations
