Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity allows you to support children in developing the skills they need for academic and personal success while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team of educators and therapists.

This position begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027, offering continuity and the chance to see your students grow throughout the school year. With one opening available, you’ll work 30-35 hours per week across 3-4 days each week—an ideal schedule for professionals seeking flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy in a school setting
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in need of OT services
• Work closely with teachers and staff to support students’ integration and participation in classroom activities
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports as required by the school system
• Consult and communicate with families regarding students’ progress and recommendations
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
