Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Lead with strong Financial Services and Banking experience to drive Salesforce solution delivery within a highly regulated, enterprise-scale environment. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, banking processes, requirements analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline .

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead / Business Analyst .

• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry .

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale within highly regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, and financial compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud .

• Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and data lakes .

• Strong ability to work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, technical leads, and senior executives.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise DevOps practices .

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, current-state and future-state processes, and pain points.

• Lead workshops, interviews, requirement gathering, refinement, and discovery sessions.

• Work closely with Product Owners, architects, technical leads, and UX teams to define effective Salesforce solutions.

• Identify and recommend Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and define custom solutions where required.

• Prepare and present solution options and recommendations to the Salesforce Design Authority .

• Conduct POCs and impact analysis across existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and data.

• Create functional artifacts including Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and Confluence documentation .

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessions.

• Support QA teams by defining functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, and reviewing test cases.

• Participate in defect triage and support issue resolution.

• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and platform best practices.

• Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and enterprise architecture .

• Experience working in banking, wealth management, insurance, or other regulated financial environments.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration, data models, workflows, and security concepts.

• Salesforce certification(s) are an asset.
