Finance Attorney

Finance Associate Location: Boston, Denver, or New York Experience: 3–6 Years Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Finance Associate to join its nationally recognized Finance Practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated lending and finance transactions representing financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in complex domestic and cross-border matters.
