StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 9 Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Setting: Inpatient call coverage only.
• Required Procedures: Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, biopsies
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days after receiving completed application with clean file.
• Types of Cases: Urologist duties, consults, surgery if needed, follow up in practice if needed.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications Required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology, Basic Life Support
• Licensure Required: Arizona license
