This is a high-energy, customer-facing sales role where you'll help vehicle owners identify windshield replacement needs and coordinate fast, professional service — all while building strong relationships and growing your own sales career.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers in the service drive and identify windshield replacement needs
• Educate customers on glass replacement options and next steps
• Build strong relationships with service advisors, managers, and dealership staff
• Generate referrals and consistently hit daily and weekly sales goals
• Schedule and coordinate on-site auto glass services
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and completed jobs
• Represent Service Pros Auto Glass with a professional, positive attitude

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Self-motivated and proactive — you enjoy taking initiative

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
