Process Room Operator

Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices. Verify quality control items such as: (weights, fats, pH, ingredients, etc.) Understand and ensure proper temperature/cooling for processing. C.I.P. all equipment throughout the department. Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats. Operate all process room equipment at an efficient level to fulfill production needs. Responsible for minor maintenance and equipment adjustments. Relief operation of the margarine system as needed. Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
