Practice Overview:

Employed by 99 bed community hospital, clinic is connected to the hospital and has a Level II Nursery
You will be joining 3 other OB-Gyns and 2 Women Health Nurse Practitioners
4.5-day work week while on guarantee, then no PTO and work when you want
Practice is averaging 60% Obstetrics and 40% Gynecology, c-section rate is under 25%
Current providers are averaging 20-26 hours a week in clinic, the rest of their time is in the OR
Hospitalist and ER support in place
Hospital is averaging 550 deliveries a year
1:4 Call shared evenly amongst the providers

Compensation Overview:

Guaranteed median salary for up to 2 years, come off this and go to wRVUs once exceed bonus point
Current providers work on a wRVUs sharing pay plan, they combine their wRVUs, divide by 3, and pay accordingly
Current providers average 10,000+ wRVUs a year on plan, and earn $550,000+ a year, each
Up to 100K in student loan assistance
Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
5 Days CME with $3,000 allowance that can be carried over year to year
