Associate Attorney - IN + IL License

Description Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. Specifically, we are interested in candidates for either our Indiana ORChicagolocation to litigate in a variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation, product liability, construction, toxic tort, class-action and mass tort, and medical malpractice. Candidates who hold a dual license in both Indiana and Illinois are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience and Skills The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Trial and appellate experience are also valued.Possessing excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills. This attorney can maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas.
