**Required Qualifications:** - Proven track record with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.- A decade of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in linear motion product and technology.
- At least five years in a progressive sales management role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with adept PowerPoint presentation capabilities.
- Ability to travel frequently, up to 60% of the week.
- Valid driver’s license with required insurance. **Desired Skills:** - Strong leadership with the ability to coach and mentor a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and address market opportunities and challenges.
