Registered Nurse - Infusion

Job Summary:
The Infusion RN is responsible for providing outpatient adult oncology and hematology infusion care, primarily covering multiple myeloma and lymphoma patients. They deliver safe, evidence-based treatments within a fast-paced outpatient setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, biologic agents, and supportive therapies to infusion patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting care as necessary.
• Document clinical assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including COVID vaccination requirements and booster policy.
• Float within hospital or to an affiliated facility as needed to meet operational demands.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active Massachusetts RN license without pending status.
• Have at least 2 years of infusion center and outpatient oncology experience.
• Hold valid ACLS certification and Chemo (OCN or ONCC/ONS) certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic charting.
• Be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs and work flexible schedule.
• Able to commit to 4x10-hour day shifts.
