If you're ready to work in a supportive, fulfilling environment where your skills and empathy truly shine, apply today!Office Location: Cordova, TN Coverage area: Collierville, TNSchedule: Full-Time, Overnight (2 nurses)Responsibilities:Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independenceAdministering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of resultsAccurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needsCoordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on handEnsuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physicianQualifications:LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practiceValid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insuranceCPR professional certification1+ years of nursing experience preferredHome Health care experience preferredAbout our Line of Business:Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
