DCC Propane is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to lead the local Customer Service team and ensure exemplary service across the office. This role will train and develop CCRs, verify data accuracy, and provide back-up during busy periods, reporting to the Area Manager and CX Department for training and metrics. The CCS will also manage weekly reconciliation, monthly reports, and account cleanups, with daily onsite presence in a Colorado office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
