About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President to serve as its senior operational leader and strategic partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of critical operational functions, including facilities, life support systems, information technology, business development, guest experience, safety, and risk management. This role requires a highly visible, relationship-oriented leader with a strong background in executive management, particularly in a nonprofit, cultural, or similarly complex organization. The EVP will work closely with the President & CEO and the Board of Directors to develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, annual goals, and key performance metrics. They will also be instrumental in fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing organizational culture, as well as leading efforts related to risk management, safety, and operational continuity. Candidates for the EVP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of executive leadership experience, with a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and business acumen. The role demands an individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to represent the organization with various stakeholders, and a strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. The EVP will be expected to champion a mission-driven guest experience, strengthen the organization's capacity, and ensure long-term sustainability. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed, and the candidate should be prepared to maintain a valid driver's license.
