Supervising a team of Supplemental Instruction Leaders, the part-time Online Tutor Supervisor will conduct quality assurance reviews, track attendance, and manage performance records while maintaining communication with students and faculty in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Directly supervise and evaluate a team of Online SI Leaders, ensuring professional fulfillment of duties through ongoing assessments Conduct quality assurance reviews of SI resources, including live sessions and recorded materials Address inquiries from students, faculty, and staff related to the SI courses while assisting the OTS Director with administrative tasks Required qualifications High school diploma required At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently Experience in leadership and capable of following written and verbal directions Strong organizational skills and proficient computer skills
