Support Engineer
Temporary
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Support Engineer in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Studio Management, various Directors and Leads to understand and act upon the studio's IT related needs
- Perform PC Hardware procurement, setup, and recycling
- Field requests for information technology services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquires or complaints
- Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio
- Handle user account management
- Provide IT support internally and externally to partner teams involved in game creation
- Work with the larger Microsoft IT teams to engage on best practices and working through technical concerns
- 3+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in a procurement position; Prior experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps
- Scripting language experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell) is a plus
- Experience in supporting multiple OSes is a bonus
