Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
• Assess how well AI systems understand EHR documentation, clinical terminology, and nursing processes
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to patient care scenarios
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reflect best practices in nursing informatics
• Apply your knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to evaluate clinical documentation quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong ability to analyze clinical content and identify inaccuracies or workflow misalignments
• Comfortable providing detailed, structured written feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR system design
• Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical evaluation projects
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
• Certifications in nursing informatics (e.g., RN-BC in Informatics)
