Competitive benefits and premium compensation We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. We provide a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children, where "happy happens here" is a guiding principle. The role involves helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive while providing the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally. Responsibilities Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our engaging characters, making learning fun. Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Qualifications Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children. Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required). Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required). Additional Requirements MUST have state’s 45 training hours as per licensing requirements for the role. CDA preferred. CPR preferred—if not, it will be provided.
