Compassionate Registered Nurse — Resident Care & Meds
Country Manor La Mesa Healthcare Center
Country Manor La Mesa Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse in La Mesa, California. The RN will provide daily nursing care to residents with kindness and respect, assess and create care plans, monitor vital signs, and ensure compliance with facility policies. A Nursing Degree and a valid RN license are required, with at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Candidates must have a valid CPR and BLS card.
