Job Title: Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery Profession: RN Specialty: L&D Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: RN (Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, CERT-FHM, NRP-AHA Must-Have: High-risk and OB Triage experience. Comfortable with couplet care. High volume experience. Intermediate or higher FHM experience preferred. EPIC experience preferred. Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in L&D. The role includes managing high acuity and high volume cases. Experience in OB triage is essential, as it is part of the role. Mandatory call is not required, but candidates may be downstaffed up to three times in a contract. In such cases, they will be placed on call and expected to report within a 45-minute window. All time off must be approved at the time of the offer; no time off will be approved after confirmation has been sent. The facility experiences approximately 350 births per month.
