Job ID: SRJ_8067Posted: 2025-12-16Location: Sunnyvale, CASalary: USD 120-125 / Yearly (Full Time)Employment Type: Full TimeIndustry: Computer SoftwareClient: WiproContact: Meghana GorusuCompany: SRI Tech SolutionsTitle:ServiceNow DeveloperMode – RecruitLocation: Sunnyvale, CAJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow technical lead/ Sr Developer to oversee the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications.Key Responsibilities:Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow developmentTechnical Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and HRSDExperience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Previous experience in Technical Lead/ Sr DeveloperSRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
