Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Avon Lake, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you willrespond to customer service requests and act as the face of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Rep Pay Range: $23-$25/hour Shift: 8am - 5pm What's the Job? Assist Customer Account Representatives with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth customer interactions. Respond to customer requests, complaints, and concerns Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, supervisors, and customers. Work with customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Communicate effectively over the phone and electronically to address customer inquiries and concerns. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales support roles, preferably in a manufacturing or OEM environment. Strong communication skills and a professional customer-facing demeanor. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
