Donor Engagement Support

To support the Partnerships team, the part-time Donor Engagement Support role will focus on donor engagement KPI analysis, volunteering program support, and broader donor communications engagement in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Compile and organize data for Q2 donor engagement KPI review and assist in creating a donor engagement dashboard Support the rollout of global volunteering surveys and track incoming responses to enhance volunteer engagement Identify opportunities for increasing donor visibility and organize related news for internal use Required qualifications Ability to manage and present data clearly, with experience in data tools like Power BI being a plus Strong organizational skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks Adaptability to pick up new tools and processes, including survey platforms Proficiency in written English for compiling donor updates and reports Openness to a broad scope of work, welcoming candidates from various teams and backgrounds
