What You’ll Do Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests. Develop and maintain a lively monthly calendar and coordinate special events. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and community spirit. Track resident engagement and ensure personalized support.
