QA Engineer

Responsibilities Design, maintain, and execute manual and/or automated test plans for the MARC product. Requirements Analysis - Review software specifications and user requirements to understand new features and code changes. Test Case Development - Create and execute test cases to validate software functionality and quality. User Acceptance Testing - Develop end‑user test scenarios focused on identifying functionality, usability, and edge‑case issues. Document testing results and report defects to the development team. Regression Testing - Build and maintain regression test suites to support release validation. Post‑Release Validation - Conduct post‑release and post‑implementation testing activities when required. Participate in team meetings and work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders. Troubleshooting Support - Assist in identifying and resolving software issues throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements QA Testing Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Educational Background - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. QA Methodologies - Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and regression testing practices. Test Management - Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases for user acceptance and regression testing. Tools & Technologies - Experience with Jira, SQL, and test management tools. Programming Knowledge - Basic understanding of programming languages. Analytical Skills - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
