ABOUT THE AGENCY:
As a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, I built my career on hard work, growth, and community involvement. I opened my agency in November 2024 after spending eight and a half years as a team member for two different agents—experience that shaped my leadership philosophy and commitment to building the right culture. I’ve been married for almost three years and have an eight-month-old son at home, so family is at the center of everything I do.

Our office proudly sponsors the Norcross High School Football team and I volunteer with the Norcross High School 3DE Program, supporting young entrepreneurs in our community. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brady Bennett - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, Korean or Hindi preferred.
