We are a team of fast‑executing social entrepreneurs building the future of social change. We are looking for a visionary editor who can use multimedia content to change lives, minds and equip our generation with tools to change the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute iFLIP4’s editorial strategy.
  • Recruit, train and manage a national network of part‑time editors, correspondents and freelance writers to produce groundbreaking multimedia content.
  • Write, copy‑edit, code, schedule editorial content and tailor headlines for social media and SEO.
  • Analyze performance metrics for web content and evaluate or change editorial strategy based on findings.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with other members of the Core Team to create and distribute innovative content campaigns.
  • Manage recruitment and training of volunteer writers and editors.
  • Produce online content, including basic HTML and CMS knowledge.
  • Understand the content preferences of Millennials and how they interact with it.
  • Use leadership, creativity and passion to influence the future of the company and drive change.

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Experience recruiting and managing volunteer writers and editors.
  • Proficiency in online content production, basic HTML and CMS.
  • Visionary thinking and ability to partner with other leaders.
  • Desire to use leadership and creativity to change the world.

Position: Part‑time (approximately 15 hours per week) with a small stipend. Upon completion of the Angel round of funding, the role may become full‑time with salary and vested equity. Based in East Hanover, NJ; telecommuting is allowed.
