Fabricator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and construction of sheet metal products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Fabricator Location: Pomona, CA Pay Rate: $18.50/hr Shift: 4:00PM - 12:30AM What's the Job? Follow blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions to assemble sheet metal components. Lay out, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines on materials using various tools. Convert blueprints into shop drawings for construction and assembly processes. Select appropriate gauges and types of metal or non-metallic materials based on specifications. Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets, and fasten seams and joints using various methods. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Manual dexterity and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
