What You'll Do
- Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow all infection control procedures
- Accurately document vitals and required information
- Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents' Bill of Rights
- Support residents and your care team with a positive, team-focused attitude
What You Bring
- Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification
- Strong communication skills
- A service-driven mindset and eagerness to learn
- Positive, dependable attendance
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to quality care
