About the Company:

Essential Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications
• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Use air and battery-powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
• Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
• Must be flexible in work assignments as different seating models require different assembly operations
• Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs. frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Good understanding of quality control principles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units
• These are entry-level opportunities. Training will be provided and no previous experience is necessary

Qualified Applicants for Immediate Consideration Should Have:

• Reliable Transportation
• Good Attendance Record
• Previous experience in a warehouse manufacturing fulfillment or production environment is beneficial but not required
• Stander shift is 5:45 am to 2:15 pm. However when on over time 4:45AM to 3:15PM (10-hour shifts). Shift time may change as production needs change.
