Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals from various backgrounds who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

  • An active and valid professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) allowing you to provide unsupervised mental health services in the state of Florida.

  • A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

  • A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, ideally in an outpatient setting.

  • Demonstrable experience and training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Rapha Mental and Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
