As a Registered Nurse at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values collaboration, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and developing individualized care plans to address these needs
• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and performing vital signs
• Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
• Participating in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to home care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
