Adventist HealthCare Home Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Silver Spring Territories! Qualified candidates will be eligible for up to a $12,000 sign-on bonus. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

• Assessment, planning, intervention & evaluation of patient care in the home to achieve patient goals
• Documentation of patient care and outcomes (electronic if applicable)
• Delegation and supervision of tasks Home Health Aides and LPNs
• Serves as a support to new staff or students
• Participates in quality initiatives
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning
• Pursues professional development and growth
• Meets standards set by agency demonstrating flexibility, commitment and adaptability

Qualifications include:

• Graduation from of an accredited nursing program
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 2 years full-time experience in acute care
• Current Maryland State nursing license
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance that meets agency requirements
• Certification in specialty once qualified

Work Schedule:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
• Typical Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM5:00 PM Monday through Friday
• Shift Type: Day
• Weekend Requirements: Required - every other weekend rotation
• Holiday Requirements: Rotating

Pay Range: $37.00 - $55.00

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as: United States of America (Non-Exempt)
