Private Pickleball Coach

Job Description

Job Description

About the Role: Golden Racket Academy is expanding in Philadelphia, PA! We are a nationwide mobile academy seeking an experienced, passionate Pickleball Coach to deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small-group lessons at local courts and client-preferred locations across Philadelphia and surrounding areas (including Center City, South Philadelphia, the Main Line, and surrounding neighborhoods).

If you are tired of community centers taking a massive cut or chasing down your own leads on crowded public courts, this role is built for you. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

Why Coach With Us?

• Excellent Earnings: Up to $55/hr, based on experience and coaching level.
• We Bring the Clients: We actively market in your area and have an active roster of clients waiting.
• Guaranteed Payouts: No chasing down Venmo payments or dealing with flaky cancellations. We handle the billing.
• Ultimate Flexibility: This is an independent contractor (1099) role. You set your schedule based on your availability and client demand.

What You'll Do:

• Coach private and small-group pickleball lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
• Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
• Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of coaching experience (pickleball or tennis coaching welcome).
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
