Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
• Experience in school settings preferred, especially working with PreK-8th grade
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy to varying age groups and needs
• Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Deep commitment to student success and individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver evidence-based speech/language therapy
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation following district and professional standards
• Provide direct and consultative services to meet diverse student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
