TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Beachwood, Ohio, 44122!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. License: Must have a valid permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Must work at least every other holiday. - Must have an active Ohio or compact state license at the time of submission. - Two references from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required. Description: This is a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse position. The nurse will work night shifts for either 36 or 48 hours per week. A minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required. The candidate must possess BLS and ACLS certifications. Nurses will be required to complete ECG rhythm recognition tests and safeMedicate during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is mandatory. Nurses will receive two attempts maximum to pass these assessments. Candidates will not be accepted if there are any open cases in background checks. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free requirements. All other travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative drug screening required within the past 12 months. Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return for one year from their previous end date. Extensions may be possible with client approval on a case-by-case basis. Modules are typically required to be completed annually.
