As a Crepe & Bar Specialist, your day-to-day will be full of variety and excitement. You’ll prepare fresh crepes, smoothies, coffee, and even alcoholic beverages, ensuring every item meets our high-quality standards and satisfies our customers. You'll also operate our Clover POS system to process transactions, including to-go and delivery orders, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role—greeting guests warmly, taking orders with enthusiasm, and addressing inquiries with a positive attitude will be key. Additionally, you’ll support food safety protocols and keep equipment and surfaces spotless.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old (required for serving alcoholic beverages).
• Can work most weekends and at least one dinner shift (5 PM - 9 PM) per week, with occasional weekend time-off requests permitted.
• Has strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, depending on the situation.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Has excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Is comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.

While previous barista or bartending experience is a plus, it’s not required—we value a strong work ethic and the ability to manage oneself with minimal supervision.

We offer a variety of shift options to fit your schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 2 PM, 9 AM - 3 PM, or 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM - 2 PM, 8:30 AM - 3 PM, 10 AM - 3 PM, or 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM
• Sunday: 7:30 AM - 2 PM, 8:30 AM - 3 PM, or 10 AM - 3 PM
