Contract | 26 Weeks | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 2 Holiday Shifts Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide triage and emergency nursing care to patients presenting with acute injuries and medical emergencies
• Deliver care within a Level 1 Trauma Center environment, managing high-acuity patients
• Utilize Epic for patient assessment, care documentation, and electronic medication administration
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across a large, state-of-the-art Emergency Department
• Care for patients across dedicated treatment areas including behavioral health, fast-track, and private treatment rooms

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Ability to commit to every other weekend and 2 holiday shifts; excessive time-off requests will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume, large-scale Emergency Department setting
• Strong triage assessment skills and experience managing diverse patient populations
