Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Multiple Openings
Company: Hire Up Staffing
Location: Atwater, CA (must be able to travel between two locations)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Position Overview:
Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking three qualified Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join a dynamic dental team in Atwater, CA. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient care. Candidates must be comfortable working at multiple office locations within the Atwater area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Support front office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between two office locations in Atwater
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
