• Required Qualifications: Current Wisconsin nursing license, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications. Education verification is required.
• Additional Information: Travel nurses may be required to float to other units. The position requires working every other weekend and holiday.
• Responsibilities: Utilize nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; administer prescribed medications and treatments; document care according to standards; develop and execute patient care plans; participate in performance improvement activities; support the patient's longitudinal plan of care; utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately.
