Positive energy environment No Nights No Holidays No On-Call Requirements The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operating Room Circulating Nurse with a passion for multi-specialty care. The OR Circulating Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering safe, efficient patient care in the operating room. This role focuses on maintaining a sterile environment, advocating for the patient, and ensuring all surgical team needs are met before, during, and after procedures. Key Responsibilities Serve as the patient advocate throughout the perioperative experience Perform preoperative patient assessment, verification, and surgical site confirmation Ensure all required documentation, consents, and equipment are available prior to surgery Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized operating room environment Coordinate surgical team activities and communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and obtain necessary supplies or equipment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 1 years of operating room experience specifically in the circulating role (Ideally preferred; however, willing to discuss with candidate 1+ years experience) Setting: Previous experience in an Operating Room environment is essential. License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state Traits: A "can-do" attitude, a focus on clinical excellence, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, efficient surgical setting.
