As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll have the chance to contribute to student success while collaborating closely with an experienced onsite Occupational Therapist. The assignment spans the full academic year—from August 25, 2026, through May 28, 2027—and covers four school buildings (two elementary schools, one middle, and one high school), allowing for diverse experiences across age groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Pennsylvania COTA license required
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple buildings
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of the district OT
• Implement individualized intervention plans within classroom, small-group, and one-on-one environments
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, accurate documentation aligned with school and legal requirements
• Assist in conducting assessments and contributing to IEP meetings and planning
• Travel between four district buildings as scheduled to align services with student and school needs
