Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: August 18, 2026

Location: Dallas, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day and night shifts available; 4:1 patient ratio; floating to other PCUs and telemetry units as needed

Highlights:

• Work in a 16-bed Progressive Care Unit with an experienced team of 42 staff members
• Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs; night shift maintains similar staffing levels
• Utilize Meditech EMR system with collaborative equipment and technology
• No on-call requirement; floating opportunities to other PCUs and telemetry units for skill development
• Collaborative, team-focused environment with strong clinical support
• Multiple positions available for qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
